Debbie came to the project after having worked many years with the Dartmouth CO-OP Practice-based Research Network as the Executive Director and Research Scientist. Debbie is the Project Director of Moms in Recovery (MORE): Defining optimal care for pregnant women and infants. Over the years, she has worked on many research studies, quality improvement initiatives, and educational projects. Recent topic areas include teen mental health, arsenic in well water, teen stress and anxiety, VA dual care, adverse childhood experiences, social determinants of health needs, carbon monoxide poisoning, and the Medicare Annual Wellness visit. In her free time, Debbie enjoys spending time with her family. She especially loves spending time with her two grandchildren. Debbie is a Certified Therapy Dog handler and volunteers in the PAWS program at local elementary schools. She is especially fond of golden retrievers. Debbie likes many different outdoor activities, especially downhill skiing, and she loves to cook and travel.
