Director, Moms in Recovery Prenatal Addiction Treatment Program
Dr. Julia Frew is a psychiatrist and addiction medicine physician who directs the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Moms in Recovery Program and the Center for Addiction Recovery in Pregnancy and Parenting. Dr. Frew attended the Brown-Dartmouth Program in Medical Education and completed her psychiatry residency training at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, where she is currently Associate Director of the Psychiatry residency training program. She is excited to be part of the PCORI team in order to learn more about providing optimal care to pregnant women with substance use disorders. In her free time she enjoys dancing, singing, running, yoga, and spending time with her family.
